Frequently asked questions
What happens when credits hit zero?
Paid serving stops. House ads from Yelle Software can still fill if they are approved and eligible. They do not spend credits.
Do clicks spend credits?
No. You pay when the ad is shown, at one thousandth of the campaign CPM. Clicks are recorded so you can see what worked. They do not take from the balance.
Can I buy a custom amount?
Yes, in the console after you sign in. Packs are $25, $100, and $500. Optional auto-reload fires when the balance drops under $10.
Is this an auction or header bidding?
No. Eligible paid creatives compete on remaining budget, pacing, priority, and frequency caps. An open auction and header bidding are out of this release.
How do publisher payouts work?
Publishers earn 60% of gross paid impression spend. House ads from Yelle Software do not create a payout. Accruals younger than 7 days are held. Cash-out and the monthly sweep both require $25 available and an active Stripe payout account. Yelle Software remains merchant of record.
